The holdings consist of roughly $90 million in OpenAI equity acquired via a special purpose vehicle, $18 million in Beast Industries equity, $1 million in Mythical Games equity, 16,278 ETH, 283,452,700 WLD tokens, and $142 million in cash equivalents.

This disclosure follows OpenAI's confidential S-1 filing on June 8. Eightco board member Thomas indicated that the anticipated IPO will enable public investors to directly acquire shares in a pivotal entity driving artificial intelligence transformation.
