The solution is now live on the Base Sepolia testnet, allowing developers to enforce "one real user, one claim" rules within smart contracts by generating stable identity hashes for each verified user. This mechanism identifies multiple wallets controlled by a single individual without accessing sensitive personal data such as names or account details. Users can complete verification through existing accounts on Coinbase, Instagram, X, and TikTok. The system returns verified identity credentials to smart contracts, enabling automatic enforcement of claim limits, voting restrictions, or quota controls. Base Verify has been utilized over 300,000 times and is adopted by partner projects including Base App, Cody, Scratch, and Bracket.
