Palantir Pre-market Surges 15.7% on 93% YoY Revenue Growth
PLTR jumps to $145 pre-market after Q2 revenue hits $19.4B, up 93% YoY. Full-year guidance raised to $81.5B, driven by surging US commercial demand.
Woofun AI reports that Palantir (PLTR) shares rose 15.7% in pre-market trading to $145 following a strong quarterly earnings release. The company recorded $19.4 billion in second-quarter revenue, representing a 93% year-over-year increase, alongside a net profit of $10.6 billion. Management raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to at least $81.5 billion, exceeding the previous estimate of under $77 billion.
US commercial business is projected to generate $34 billion, marking a minimum 134% year-over-year growth and serving as the primary expansion driver. CEO Alex Karp attributed this momentum to the "AI Sovereignty" strategy, where enterprises and governments prioritize control over their data, AI systems, and decision-making processes. This approach positions Palantir as a platform for managing data and integrating AI into business workflows while protecting competitive advantages, rather than relying solely on external basic models.
