Cloudflare Launches AI Agent Identity System and Stablecoin Wallet for Commerce

Woofun AI reports that Cloudflare has launched identity authentication tools and digital wallet services designed for AI agents to facilitate "agentic commerce." The new cloudflare.id service provides verifiable, permanent web identities, allowing merchants to verify that an AI agent is acting on behalf of a real user. Simultaneously, the company introduced a companion wallet that converts bank transfers into US dollar-pegged stablecoins for agent use. To mitigate unauthorized spending, the wallet includes security controls such as spending limits and merchant whitelists. Cloudflare stated that traditional HTML web pages are optimized for humans, whereas the AI-era internet may adopt machine-friendly structures to improve transaction efficiency.
