JD Retail generated an operating profit of 13.5 billion yuan with a 4.6% margin, achieving a new high during the promotional season. JD Logistics revenue grew 24% year-on-year to 64.1 billion yuan, and JD Takeaway losses narrowed significantly. R&D expenses increased 37.7% to 7.3 billion yuan, focused on AI technology and talent. The company executed $1 billion in share buybacks, representing 2.5% of ordinary shares, with another $1 billion remaining available. Strategic developments include 30 new JD MALL stores, partnerships with Chanel and Costco, and expanded AI agent usage across retail and health sectors.
