Buying ETH isn’t some handwavey alignment idea. It is a multi-year trade.
@RobinhoodApp Chain and @base are already amazing proof points for the continued dominance of Ethereum and why the biggest fintechs and banks can build as their own landlords with Eth L2s vs be a tenant of a more risky alt-L1.
They buy ETH cuz they’re actively contributing to the future success of Ethereum, and it’s a good trade, given their positioning to profit in the upside by buying heavily discounted ETH now.
That’s all. Not complicated.
