Yes, though this sentiment allows founders to borrow cheaply (not just capital, also hiring talent, building a community of believers etc.) which increases the odds for the long-term substance plan. My counter would be that Thiel spends less than 1h/week on any social media. And yet he’s thriving in this environment. Then again, FF just released their maffia series.. Might want to rephrase it to “your institution will only *thrive* if it’s timeline native” (survive sounds too dramatic)
