The part I keep coming back to: whoever sets the standard for clearing and settlement in a new economy ends up capturing a huge slice of it — Chainlink did it for data, DTCC for securities. This is the shot at that for agent commerce. The agent economy has had the engines for a while. This is the plumbing 🔧

每日发 AI 系列，今天是第 30 天了。 聊聊我为什么开始这个系列。 工作一直很忙，但同时 AI 也在飞速发展。两件事叠在一起，很容易让人在不知不觉中落后。所以我公开承诺：连续 30 天每天发一篇 AI 相关的内容。 不是为了流量，而是为了learn in public的承诺。 这个系列的重点不在于发帖，而在于推动我自己去获取、消化、总结、核实那些我本来会一直拖着不看的AI内容。output是writing，但真正的product是learning + thinking。 有些 posts出圈了，但大部分没有。重点不在于此，而是坚持学习、保持专注、愿意在公开场合犯错，我就是这样学会的。任何想在快速变化的领域变得更敏锐的人，我都推荐这种方式。 30 天下来的一些观察： 1）AI 的发展速度，已经超出任何人能跟上的范围。经常是我刚发完一篇 post，相关的新闻就已经有了下一波。新模型、新产品、新收购，每周都在发生。 2）每天追 AI 容易把人拖进一种奇怪的limbo (悬浮) 状态。看过电影inception《盗梦空间》的人，就会知道什么是limbo了。 你永远在读下一个发布，永远在试下一个工具。AI 是真的有用，但关键是用它做事，而不是为了用它而用它。如果你不去问自己到底在解决什么问题，那你不是在学习，你只是在跑步机上跑而已。 3）创业者在分秒必争，每个 founder 都面临同样的压力。在平台把你这个赛道吞掉之前，赶紧出货。在下一个 OpenAI 或 Anthropic 发布让你变得多余之前，先动起来。现在是创业的艰难时刻，但同时也是没法不创业的时刻。 4）AI 的net effect是正向的，但noise也是真实的。 AI 带来的工具和知识，比近年来任何技术都更实用、更容易拿到。这是好的一面。坏的一面是体量：内容太多、产品太多、观点太多。 5）在这个时代，批判性思维已经从"加分项"变成了真正的moat。 知道什么该忽略，比知道什么该跟进，更有价值。

Day 29 of posting AI every day. One more to go. A short note on why I did this. Work has been busy, but AI has been moving fast. The two together make it easy to fall behind without noticing. So I committed publicly: post something about AI every day for 30 days. Not for views, but for the commitment of learning in public. The series wasn't really about the posts, it was about pushing myself to acquire, absorb, summarize, and fact-check knowledge that I'd otherwise put off. The product is the thinking, and the output is the writing. Some posts found traction, and most didn't. The point was the practice of showing up, paying attention, and being willing to be wrong in public. That's how I learned. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to get sharper on a fast-moving field. A few observations from 30 days of this: 1) AI moves faster than anyone can keep up with. I'd hit publish on a post and the news that motivated it would already be slightly stale. New models, new launches, new acquisitions, every week. 2) Chasing AI every day can pull you into a strange limbo. You are always reading the next launch, always testing the next tool. AI is genuinely useful. But the point is to use it for something, not to use it for the sake of using it. If you're not asking what problem you're solving, you're not learning. You're just running. 3) Builders are competing in real time. Every founder has the same pressure: ship faster than the platforms can absorb your category. Move before the next OpenAI or Anthropic release makes you redundant. Hard time to start something, but also a hard time not to. 4) The net effect of AI is positive, but the noise is real. AI is producing more useful tools and more accessible knowledge than any technology in recent memory. That's the upside. The downside is volume: too much content, too many products, too many takes. 5) Critical thinking has gone from nice-to-have to the actual moat. Knowing what to ignore is becoming more valuable than knowing what to follow.
