Strategy CEO: Bitcoin Accumulation to Resume This Year

According to FOX Business, Strategy CEO Phong Le@phonglestated that the company plans to resume accumulating Bitcoin later this year, despite recent sales of portions of its holdings that drew market scrutiny. Le noted that Strategy has purchased around 175,000 Bitcoin since the beginning of the year while selling roughly 7,000 BTC, making its buying volume about 25 times greater than its sales.

He emphasized that proceeds from recent sales were used to support preferred stock dividends, share repurchases, and US dollar reserves, and the company will return to buying more Bitcoin throughout the course of the year.
